As a clinical psychologist with a doctorate in psychology (PsyD), I have advanced education specifically in providing therapy. I take continuing education credits every year to remain current in treatment methods. I am trained to comprehend complex emotional patterns and devise personalized care.

In your first session, I will ask about your concerns and begin to learn about your history. You will share what you are comfortable sharing at your own pace. Then we will begin to establish your therapy goals.

Clients typically meet for weekly sessions to establish rapport and gain momentum.

The duration of the therapy will vary based on your preferences and needs. Some of my clients benefit from short-term work that focuses on specific goals, while others opt for a longer course of therapy to facilitate a deeper exploration and more widespread changes.

I am an in-network provider for multiple plans with Aetna and United Healthcare/Oxford. I participate with other insurers only on an out-of-network basis. I also accept private pay if you prefer to pay out of pocket for any reason. Please contact me to discuss fees.

No. My expertise is in treating adults. I only provide psychotherapy for adults and older adults.
